Site work and paving for a road / highway in Salisbury Beach, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of October 4, 2022, project was awarded to D & R General Contracting, awarded amount is $557,349.20. The Town of Salisbury will Accept sealed bids for three thousand nine hundred and sixty six (3,966) tons of bituminous concrete in place. Contractors must meet requirements and specifications of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts/ Pre-qualification Office. The Town of Salisbury reserves the right to reject any and all bids if it is in the best interest of the Town The work shall consist of scarifying and pulverizing the existing bituminous paved area and underlying material to form an asphaltic stabilized base and the removal and disposal of existing bituminous paved areas. Construction for this project is anticipated to begin on or about October 2022.
