Paving Contract: Furnish and place approximately 1,161 Ton Bituminous Wearing Course; 2,263 Ton Bituminous Binder Course; 108 Ton Bituminous Binder Course Base Repair. Perform 14,857 SY Milling of Bituminous Pavement Surface. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Prevailing Wage Rates shall be paid on the project.
