Paving Contract. Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the Amount of 100% of the Contract, as Well as Proof of Workers Compensation Insurance Will Be Required From the Lowest Responsible Bidder. Bid Bond in the Amount of 10% of the Contract is Required of All Bidders. The Municipality Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals. All Work and Material Must Meet Current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and Its Supplements. Proposals Must Be Upon the Forms Furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals. Furnish and place approximately 1,512 Ton Asphalt Wearing Course; 532 Ton Asphalt Binder Course; 267 Ton Asphalt Binder Course Base Repair. Perform 14,068 SY Milling of Asphalt Pavement Surface.
