Mount Carmel Area School District is soliciting bids for their Facilities Renovations Project. All Bids must be in sealed envelopes, clearly marked to identify the project being bid, and hand delivered or delivered by traceable means no later than 3:30 PM local time on Monday, January 6, 2025, to Mount Carmel Area School District at the District Administrative Office (left side of the building), Attn: Ms. Corrina Lesko, Business Administrator at 600 West Fifth Street, Mt. Carmel, PA 17851. Bids shall be submitted for the following contracts: Contract 1 - General Construction Contract 2 - Resinous Flooring Construction Contract 3 - Gym Floor Construction Contract 4- Plumbing Construction Contract 5 - Electrical Construction Mount Carmel Area School District Facilities Renovations Projects includes: Mount Carmel Elementary School: New Gym Floor, Existing Toilet Room Fixture and Finishes Upgrade, Existing Corridor Upgrades at Water Coolers. Mount Carmel Jr./Sr. High School: Existing Toilet Room Fixture and Finishes Upgrade, Existing Gym Locker Room Fixtures and Finishes Upgrade, Existing Swim Locker Room Fixtures and Finishes Upgrade, Existing Corridor Upgrades at Water Coolers This project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage The Mount Carmel Area School District Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and /or all proposals or to accept the proposal that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the school district.
