Brushwood Apartments Roofing Replacement The scope of work includes the replacement of roofs for the two residential buildings at Brushwood Apartments that do not contain the site office. The specific buildings are highlighted on the map included in the bidding package. There is an additional alternate option to add the replacement of soffits, gutters, and downspouts for one, two, or all three buildings. All bids must be on a lump sum basis; segregated bids will not be accepted. The basis for award will be the lowest responsible base bid, selected alternates, and completeness of bid submission. Bidders must submit bids in duplicate on the prescribed forms, labeled with the project name, and deliver them to the Housing Development Corporation of Northumberland County Office by the stated deadline. The project is subject to Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates, which must be submitted weekly. Bidders must also submit properly executed Representations, Certifications, and Other Statements of Bidders prior to or with their bids. All questions and requests for substitutions must be received no later than ten days prior to the bid due date. The site is available for walkthrough during posted hours. The Housing Development Corporation of Northumberland County reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and/or waive any informality in bidding.
