Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work for which bids are requested includes approximately 2,600 lineal feet of street construction consisting of traffic control, clearing and grubbing, bituminous surface removal, removal of concrete curb and gutter, removal of concrete driveway approaches, removal of concrete sidewalk, sanitary sewer and services, water main and services, storm sewer, unclassified excavation, preparation of subbase, crushed aggregate base, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, concrete driveway approaches, bituminous concrete pavement, lawn restoration, and epoxy pavement marking. 5% bid security is required.
