Renovation of a water / sewer project in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Otter Creek Lift Station is a critical pumping station that serves both the City of Eau Claire and City of Altoona. The station was originally constructed in the 1980's. A rebuild project was completed in 2008. The electronics and controls of the station are beginning to fail and parts are becoming obsolete. All controls should be replaced and programed. The project is included in the City's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of December 5, 2025, further details have not yet been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
