Contractor Qualification - DCAMM Certificate. 093013: CERAMIC TILING; 095100: ACOUSTICAL CEILINGS; 099000: PAINTING AND COATING; 220000: PLUMBING; 230000: HVAC, & 260000: ELECTRICAL. Estimated Cost $1,500,000 (base scope). General and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit of 5% of the greatest possible bid amount (including alternates) made payable to the City of New Bedford. Minimum wage rates to be paid on the work as determined by the Commissioner of Labor and Industries per M.G.L. c. 149, 26 and 27D inclusive. The Work shall require Minority/Women Owned Business participation pursuant to St. 2004, c. 193, and M.G.L. c. 23A, 44 and M.G.L. c. 7, 40N, as amended and established as a policy by the City of New Bedford.
