The original solicitation is included below: The scope of work for this project will be: This is the building of a new multi-story single building high school, approximately 300,000 GSF on a 60 acres site opening August 2023. This includes such areas as: 46 Learning Studios 6 Skills Labs 6 Resource Rooms 5 Academies 4 Science Labs / 6 Science Demo Classrooms JROTC Program with outdoor obstacle course and Marksmanship Range 5 Exceptional Education 2 Art Labs / 3 Music Classrooms Wellness Gym & Auxiliary Gym Student Union / Media Center Auditorium +-1,350 Seats Commons Dining Administration / Guidance Staff Collaboratorium Spaces Multipurpose Track and Field with 4,000 spectator's capacity and field house buildings Baseball and softball fields 825 vehicular parking for students, staff and visitors Parent's and school bus drop off areas This project requires that all workers be Collier County School badged at all times. Subcontractors shall list the amount of potential value of direct material purchase (DMP) and sales tax (if any) for each discipline. Subcontractors must hold pricing for six months from bid due date. This work is anticipated to be completed by 5/30/23. Bidders may use their standard form of proposal. Bids must be in accordance with the plans and specifications.
