Eastern Iowa Community Colleges (EICC) is accepting bids for three separate roof replacement projects, (1) the Scott Community College 1988 Addition and Career and Technical Education Building Roofs, (2) the Scott Community College Urban Campus Third Street/Second Story Roof and (3) the Muscatine Community College Larson Hall Metal Roof. The scope of each project is to remove and replace each of the existing roofs per the plans and specifications. The Scott Community College 1988 Addition and Career and Technical Education Building Roofs are both rock ballast membrane roofs, the Scott Community College Urban Campus Third Street/Second Story Roof is an adhered rubberized membrane roof, and the Muscatine Community College Larson Hall is a standing seam metal roof. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
