Scott Community Colleges Career and Technical Education Building Boiler Replacement Project.Eastern Iowa Community Colleges (EICC) is accepting bids for its Scott Community College Career and Technical Education Building Boiler Replacement Project, 500 Belmont Road, Riverdale, IA 52722. This is a boiler replacement project at the Career and Technical Education Building site that provides heat to the building. Boiler replacement to include two packaged condensing boilers, and two vestibule cabinet unit heaters terminals. The controls equipment is being direct purchased by the owner. The project will consist of all demolition and installation required for new equipment. Work includes hydronic piping, electrical and sheet metal work, and general work.
