The Texas City Independent School District is accepting sealed bids for a miscellaneous fencing material annual contract for the 2019-2020 school year as per the attached specifications and bid form. Please Read All General Conditions, Standard Terms and Conditions Before Completing Bid Form. Any bid received thereafter will not be considered and will be return4d to the bidder unopened. The Purchasing Department is located on the Second Floor, Room 220 of the Simpsoh Education Support Center. Any changes or request for changes in the specifications will not be recognized after the sealed proposals are submitted. Texas City Independent School District reserves the right to postpone, accept or reject any or all proposals as it deems to be in its best interest and to waive formalities and reasonable irregularities in idding.
