Site work and renovation of a civil project in Adams, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project consists of rehabilitation of the existing Water Pollution Control Facility, installation of a new sewer grinder station, and rehabilitation of manholes in the collection system. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
