Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Washburn, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of 10/14/2019 No award will be made until the evening of October 14th. The Thompsons West End Park Launch Dock Replacement project includes, but is not limited to, the following types of work: site removals; excavation; filling and grading; revetments, sheet pile wall system, timber crib removal and stockpiling of rock fills, installation of steel pipe piles, concrete sidewalk and cap, restoration, supply and installation of floating docks, and supply and installation of a removable launch ramp dock. Bid security in the amount of five (5%) percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Washburn reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interests of the City, and waive any formalities in bidding. All bidders accept the process outlined in the bidding instructions in submitting a bid. This project is possible because of a grant through the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Recreational Boating Fund (RBF) Program.
