NOTE: The Washburn City Hall will open 15 minutes prior to the bid opening for in-person receipt, otherwise bids may be placed in the drop box in advance of the deadline. The Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the furnishing of all labor and material for the removal and replacement of the water service along with the decking: Base Bid Includes labor and materials for removal and replacement of water service and decking.
