By the end of the cure period, Bidder shall submit an updated utilization plan and updated documentation of their good faith efforts to achieve the MBE/WBE and small business enterprise goals, if the goals are not met. Failure to submit such documentation or to use good faith efforts, shall result in rejection of the bid. Good faith effort documentation is not required when diversity and small business enterprise goals have been met.
