Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Provo, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a 45,000-square-foot transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.

The City of Provo, Utah is seeking to hire a qualified and motivated firm to provide Construction Manager At-Risk services for a new commercial airport terminal building to be located at approximately 1331 South Flight Line Drive, Provo, Utah. The new commercial airport terminal building is projected to be approximately 45,000 sq. ft. and provide an unparalleled passenger experience. Provo City expects that the facilities will contain energy efficient features and will utilize sustainable building principles. The facility will reflect creative design, connectivity to the community and value-based decisions. Provo City projects a total construction budget of approximately $14.5 Million. The City of Provo will administer the design,funding, construction, maintenance and operation of the facility.
