DFCM CONSTRUCTION PRE-QUALIFIED MECHANICAL RAMPTON 1 HEAT EXCHANGER REPLACEMENT Project Description: Replace (2) existing HVAC Heat Exchangers. Replace (2) existing domestic Heat Exchangers. Construction Cost Estimate: $460,000.00 Question Deadline 09/24/2024 at 3:00 PM MT online submission. SCOPE OF WORK A. The project described herein is the Utah State Hospital Rampton 1 Heat Exchanger Replacement. This work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures, and devices for the entire mechanical work and a complete operating and tested installation as required for this project. B. This Division will schedule the boiler inspection and pay for all costs associated with certifying the boiler with the state.
