Construction Cost Estimate: $440,000.00 SCOPE OF WORK A. The project described herein is the Utah State Hospital - Forensics Cooling Tower & Chiller Replacement. This work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures, and devices for the entire mechanical work and a complete operating and tested installation as required for this project. B. This Division will schedule the boiler inspection and pay for all costs associated with certifying the boiler with the state.
