Project Location Kiefer Landfill 12701 Kiefer Boulevard Sloughhouse, Ca. 95683 The work to be performed under this contract includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for construction, for the decommissioning of eleven vertical wells, construction of 18 new vertical extraction wells, and approximately 11,300 linear feet of collection piping at the Kiefer Landfill. Award of this contract requires a valid California contractor's license with the classification identified above. Each bid must also be accompanied by security in the form of a bid bond issued by a corporate surety, a certified check or cashier's check payable to the Treasurer of Sacramento County, or cash for an amount not less than ten percent (10%) ofthe aggregate sum ofthe bid. The successful bidder shall be required to execute a Material and Labor Payment Bond and Performance Bond, issued by a corporate surety, acceptable to the County of Sacramento, each for not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price.
