The Project consists of interior renovation of the existing wood framed structure located at 2811 SC State Hwy 41 in Hemingway, South Carolina.Work includes but is not limited to: new interior wall partitions, addition of both interior and exterior doors, removal of existing and addition of new mechanical systems (heating and cooling), and new restrooms. Extent of electrical work will include new circuits utilizing existing panels, new devices and new fixtures. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond. The laws of South Carolina and applicable regulations of the appropriate licensing boards will be observed in receiving bids and awarding contracts.Williamsburg County reserves the right to reject any and all bids as it may deem to be in its best interest.
