Site work for a residential development in Lexington Park, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development.
Refer all questions with regard to this RFQ in writing to vajohnston@smcps.org no later than Monday, July 22nd at NOON. St. Mary's County Public Schools (SMCPS) is requesting price quotes for the material, service, tools,delivery, and labor required to remove a 500 gallon underground storage tank located at Eliff Property, as specified herein. Pricing: Not to exceed $49,999 in one year . All work must be completed within 60 days from date of award. This project consists of the Contractor providing all supervision, all labor, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, permits, insurance, etc., necessary to remove a 500 gallon heating oil steel underground storage tank. Also included is removal of all related fuel supply/return and vent piping and connections, excavation and backfill. The area excavated in order to remove the tanks shall be repaired by providing fill which needs to be compacted, top soil, grass seed, straw and grading as required to the satisfaction of the Owner. The Contractor will be responsible to obtain and pay for all inspections and any permits necessary for the entire project. It is strongly recommended that the Contractor visit the job site and familiarize themselves with the conditions under which the work shall be performed. No allowance will be made for errors on the Contractor's part for failure to take into consideration any conditions or circumstances existing at the site which might affect the specified work.
