Charlton Fire District intends to construct a new Fire Station at 677 Charlton Road, Ballston Lake, NY 12019 and is seeking separate sealed bids for General Construction, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing. This is a public work project and all coordination of work will be the responsibility of the Construction Manager (CM). Each sealed enclosure containing a bid is to be endorsed on the outside with the name, address and telephone number of the bidder and is to state that it contains a bid for the New Fire Station Charlton Fire District including the specific contract being bid Bid security in the form of a 5% bid bond issued by an acceptable surety or bank or certified check payable to the Charlton Fire District is required. Bids must be in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and other bid documents for the project and must remain good for forty-five (45) days. The Charlton Fire District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, re-advertise for new bids, and waive minor irregularities in bidding and to accept the bid that is best suited for the Charlton Fire District.
