Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The boardwalk at marker 106 on the Crabtree Greenway has experienced failure caused by stream bank erosion. This is a critical and heavily used connection of Capital Area Greenway System. The structure is currently closed. Funding for this project will allow for repair of the structure. Project is Included City of Raleigh FY 2020-2024 CIP. As of July 16, 2020, the owner has announced the selection of a design team. Project is anticipated to go out for bids and start construction in the fall of 2020 and be completed in the spring of 2021. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
