Texas City Independent School District is seeking sealed bids for burglar alarm services and products for the District on a time and material basis for the 2019-2020 school year as per the attached bid forms and general conditions. Please read all General Conditions and Standard Terms and Conditions before completing bid form. Please return all forms (Bid Acknowledgment Form A, Bid Form A, Forms B-F, Conflict of Interest, W-9, HB 89, SB 252 and HB Form 1295) as outlined in the "Note to Vendor." Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of bidder, address, bid name and number. If forwarded by mail (next day, federal express, etc.). the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed as specified. The bids submitted must not contain any erasures, interlineations, or other corrections unless each correction is suitably authenticated by affixing in the margin immediately opposite the correction the surname(s) of the person(s) signing the bid. A bidder may withdraw his/her bid in person, by written request confirmed in writing by a duly authorized representative at any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid for period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The district reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities in any bids or in the bidding procedure.
