Re-Bid Description of Public Improvement The Work generally consists of the construction of a splash pad, including import of fill; concrete work; sanitary sewer, storm sewer, subdrain, and water supply line with valves, meter, backflow prevention and pressure reducer; construction of equipment enclosure pad and drain pit; installation of splash pad equipment supplied by the City; installation of water supply lines to spray features; electrical installation for splash pad controls; and site restoration at the Fairfax Regional Sports and Park Complex.
