As of 02/07/2023: The City rejected bids due to being well in excess of project budget, and they are unsure when it may be re-advertised The Cedar Lane Drainage Improvements project includes replacing and upsizing the existing undersized stormwater network to meet City of Greenville Standards, replacing asbestos cement water line with ductile iron water line, and removing and replacing existing sidewalk and roadway within the limits of disturbance. Traffic control and erosion control are also included within the scope of this project. The Project has an expected duration of 60 days. To ensure that all Prospective Bidders are kept up to date on any Addenda, changes, or information notices, please send an email to: mjones@hazenandsawyer.com , indicating your intention to prepare a Bid for the Project, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a source other than the designated email distribution in either electronic or paper format. Failure to complete this step may render your Bid as non-responsive. Registered Prospective Bidders will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated email address.
