Unless submitting bid via online, each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the Bidder, Bidder's address, and the name of the material/project for which the bid is submitted Crack sealant meeting the specification for NUVO CS Formulation C, as produced by Maxwell Products Incorporated. NUVO CS Formulation C is a hot polymer modified asphalt crack sealant. Sealant will be supplied in a solid state within a meltable container. Material will be self-leveling at application temperature. All addenda, corrections, and responses to this public notice. The Ascension Parish Government shall not be responsible if the bidder cannot complete and submit a bid due to failure or incomplete delivery of the files submitted via the internet. The Parish of Ascension reserves the right to disqualify any Bid, response to a Request for Qualifications, or Request for Proposals if it is determined that the submitting business entity is not in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State or is not authorized to do business in the State of Louisiana. Ascension Parish Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
