The Parish of Ascension hereby issues a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified Businesses to provide Professional Grounds Maintenance Services to Twenty-three (23) locations across Ascension Parish, including the median of Airline Highway from Manchac Bridge to the City of Gonzales. Businesses who are a Louisiana or Foreign LLC or Corporation should be appropriately registered with the Louisiana Secretary of State, as contemplated by Title 12 of the Louisiana Revised Statures. Businesses who are interested in providing services requested under this RFP must submit one (1) signed unbounded original and seven (7) bound copies of qualifications by the date and time specified. The information shall be received in hard copy (printed) version. Failure to submit the required number of copies may result in a finding of non-conformance. Originals should be clearly marked. For questions related to the electronic bidding process. All addenda, corrections, and responses to this public notice shall be posted to portal. The Ascension Parish Government shall not be responsible if the bidder cannot complete and submit an RFP due to failure or incomplete delivery of the files submitted via the internet. The Parish of Ascension reserves the right to disqualify any Bid, response to Request for Qualifications, or Request for Proposals if it is not authorized to do business in the State of Louisiana. Ascension Parish Government reserves the right to reject any and all bid/proposals for just cause.
