Culverts to be delivered to the Ascension Parish Public Works Department, located at 42077 Churchpoint Road, Gonzales Louisiana 70737. Bid will be awarded based on total culvert prices only. Bids are to be submitted for a twelve (12) month period from date accepted by Ascension Parish Council. Requirements: All material ordered must be delivered within fifteen (15) working days from the date of order. During a declared state of emergency by the Ascension Parish Government or the State of Louisiana, delivery of requested material must begin within six (6) hours of request. The Parish of Ascension reserves the right to disqualify any Bid, response to a Request for Qualifications, or Request for Proposals if it is determined that the submitting business entity is not in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State or is not authorized to do business in the State of Louisiana. Ascension Parish Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
