The Parish of Ascension hereby issues a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified Consultant Firms to provide Professional Engineering Services for Bridge Load Rating using the Load and Resistance Factor Rating Method (LRFR) of twenty-six (26) existing bridges in Ascension Parish. Consultants who are a Louisiana or Foreign LLC or Corporation should be appropriately registered with the Louisiana Secretary of State, as contemplated by Title 12 of the Louisiana Revised Statures, and with LAPELS under its rules for FIRMS. Firms or Consultants who are interested in providing services requested under this RFQ must submit one (1) unbounded original and five (5) bound copies of qualifications by the date and time specified. The information shall be received in hard copy (printed) version. Failure to submit the required number of copies may result in a finding of non-conformance. For questions related to the electronic bidding process, please call Central Bidding at 225-810-4814 The Parish of Ascension reserves the right to disqualify any Bid, response to Request for Qualifications, or Request for Proposals if it is not authorized to do business in the State of Louisiana. Ascension Parish Government reserves the right to reject any and all bid/proposals for just cause The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
