Project has been rebid. As of September 18, 2019, the project is scheduled to rebid before the end of the end of the month. The original set of bid documents were missing a mandatory form for General Contractors. In general, the Project consists of 2 story additions to existing building totaling 22,500 sf and remodeling in 95,750 sf of existing building. Work includes, but is not limited to masonry cavity wall with brick and metal panel exterior; structural steel, bar joist, precast concrete planks and steel deck; KEE membrane roof system; metal stud and gypsum board walls; metal and decorative metal stairs; wood gym floor, tile and resilient flooring; suspended acoustic panel ceilings; plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems. Civil work includes building excavations and parking lot installation and utility connections to public services. Lump-sum Bids will be received on a SINGLE PRIME CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE ENTIRE WORK including mechanical and electrical work BID SECURITY in the amount of five percent of the maximum amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid as described in the Instructions to Bidders in the Project Manual. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all Bids. No Bid may be withdrawn until 60 days after the time stated for receipt of Bids.
