The Village of Libertyville (Owner) invites sealed Qualified Bidder's Proposals for the Work generally described as follows: retrofitting 10.7 acres of wetland area and construction of three sediment forebays, mass site grading, storm sewer improvements, pump upgrades and all necessary restoration. The Work shall be performed at the following Work Site: Charles Brown Park, south of Golf Road, west of Sylvan Drive, Libertyville, IL. Contractors must purchase bid documents and be shown on the Bidder's Planholders list in order to bid. Bids received from contractors not on the Bidder's Planholders list will be rejected.
