For Lift Station No. 6 Upgrades The proposed construction consists of structural, mechanical, and electrical modifications to an existing sewage lift station including new exterior doors, new pumping equipment, new diesel generator and transfer switch, heating and ventilation system, lighting, repainting, cast-in-place valve vault, site work, and other miscellaneous items of work. All pertinent documents may be examined at the District Office at 2990 County Road F South, Delavan, Wisconsin 53115, or online. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bidder's bond, certified check, bank cashier's check or bank draft payable to the Delavan Lake Sanitary District for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid as provided in the Bidder Instructions. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive technicalities. Unless the Bids are rejected for good cause, award of contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder.
