Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Delavan, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Delavan will receive sealed bids for furnishing of all materials, labor and equipment necessary, all in accordance with the Specifications on file at the City of Delavan - Park and Recreation Department, 123 South Second Street, in the City of Delavan, Wisconsin, for design construction of a playground. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid submitted, payable to the City of Delavan, in accordance with Chapter 62.15 (3) of the Wisconsin Statutes. Bids shall be referred to the Common Council of the City of Delavan for determination. The City of Delavan reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept such bids as may be in the interest of the City.
