Completed plans call for the addition of a 2,000-square-foot educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for the demolition of a educational facility.

Construction of a 2,000 sf addition to the south wall of the existing gymnasium to house classroom, storage, office and gym changing rooms with structural steel frame, structural steel stud exterior framing, light gage steel interior framing with cast-in-place concrete foundations. Work includes brick masonry wainscot with cement panel siding and membrane roof system. New HVAC equipment for the addition and existing gymnasium is included. Interior renovation of the existing changing rooms to create new staff office, work and storage space, including interior framing and HVAC equipment. Site grading, storm drainage piping and paving to create new parking and exterior hardscape play surface and vehicle drive, as well as grading and concrete sidewalks at the new addition. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. General Contract (all trades). Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of (10%) ten percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of (60) sixty days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bid Security may be in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check. If awarded, the successful Bidder shall provide a Labor and Materials Performance & Payment Bond, in the amount equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the contract amount. Bidders shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work by May 1, 2019. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. *River City Construction, LLC is bidding this project and their architectural arm, River City Design Group, is the architect for this project.
