Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in West Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; theater / auditorium; and theater / auditorium.
This project will be to construct a City Amphitheater on a parcel Southeast of West Des Moines City Hall. The project will be broken into three divisions and bid accordingly. Division 1 -All Site Grading, Utilities, Sidewalks, and Concrete Site Walls. (Site walls are not associated with the stage.) The entire scope of this work will be completed as a donation by a local developer but must be coordinated with the other projects. Division 2 - All work associated with the Amphitheater Stage and Structure including stage concrete walls, concrete floor, steel structures, metal roofing, Stage Electrical, and all Site Lighting. This work must be staged and coordinated with Division I and Division 3 work. Division 3 -Landscape and Irrigation. This work must be staged and coordinated with Division I and Division 2 work.
