As of September 23, 2019 the project has been awarded to J.K. Trotter & Sons, Inc. for $49,801.50. The City Reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, and may accept that which is most advantageous to the City of Mt. Vernon. The successful bidder shall be an equal opportunity employer. The project generally consists of installing 293' of 15" polyethylene storm sewer and 298 lineal feet of curb replacement.
