Question acceptance deadline 08/27/2019 07:00 am EDT Questions are submitted electronic no This project will install a new traffic signal and reconfigure the curb returns and ADA ramps at all four corners of the Yale and Xanadu intersection. In accordance with the recommendations of the land development review section, new storm inlets and associated storm sewer will be constructed to alleviate minor flooding issues at the intersection. The project will be constructed in two phases: Phase 1 will construct the traffic signal and associated intersection surface improvements, and Phase 2 will construct the storm sewer system. Because of the long lead time associated with the traffic signal poles and mast arms, these items have been ordered in advance by Public Works to expedite the signal installation.
