Demolition, remodeling and renovation of an educational facility in Madison, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope: Brown Intermediate School will be converted to an elementary school hosting grades kindergarten through 5 with re-districting scheduled for fall 2025. In preparation of hosting the lower grade levels, alternations to various areas of the building are planned to provide appropriate facilities to accommodate the younger learners as well as improve accessibility in parts of the school. As of February 2024, the project has been bid and awarded.
