Site work and paving for a civil project in Smyrna, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
**As of September 27, 2022 this project has been awarded to Cleary Construction, Inc of Tompkinsville, KY for $3,142,991.70** The project will provide a link between the current termination point of Spring Hill Drive and the Rocky Fork Schools. This project will include construction of a new road and storm drainage for approximately 0.26 miles in length. The project will also include gas, water and sewer utilities. All Bidders must be licensed Contractors in the State of Tennessee in strict accordance with State regulations. All bidders shall comply with the Tennessee Contractor' License law Section 62-6-119 (Bid documents - Required disclosure by bidders) when submitting bids. Bidders may be required to obtain a Smyrna Business License. Refer to the contract documents for criteria. The Town of Smyrna will not discriminate in the purchase of all goods and services on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or any other lawfully protected classification. The Town of Smyrna reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities or informalities and to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town
