A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Smyrna High Additions and Renovations Work includes, but is not limited to, new addition of approximately 96,223 square feet on three levels and renovation of approximately 16,351 square feet on existing level one. Construction includes exterior and interior load bearing block walls, brick veneer, concrete slab on grade, concrete and block foundation walls and concrete footings. Second floor construction is concrete plank with topping slab. Roof construction is fully adhered EPDM roofing over rigid insulation over metal deck, sloped to exterior gutters and downspouts. Windows are aluminum storefront; exterior doors and frames are hollow metal. Interior doors are solid wood with plastic laminate faces. Interior finishes include, but are not limited to, vinyl composition tile, resinous flooring, carpeting and sealed concrete. Interior wall finish includes epoxy paint and ceramic tile. Ceilings are suspended grid with lay-in acoustical tile and limited painted gypsum board ceilings. Complete mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems are included.
