Renovation of an educational facility in Smyrna, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
HVAC Renovations The existing chiller and existing hot/chilled water shall remain intact and become part of the new system. The existing units shall be removed and replaced with like sized units that can supply heating and cooling to all spaces A new boiler room shall be relocated above the existing space due to flooding. A new Dedicated Outside Aire System shall be installed using rooftop units and supplying air to all spaces needed. Demolition and cleanup of boiler room space shall be completed after systems are completed. Permits, electrical, automated controls, structural, ceiling and architectural work required to accommodate the new HVAC install shall be included. Test and balance, start up, and 1year warranty shall be included. All existing HVAC components shall be removed, and any penetrations repaired as needed. Clean up of demolition/worksite shall be continuous and the responsibility of the contractor.
