Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Prince Rupert, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility.

Development of a 25-hectare site for transload and warehouse operations for import supply chains. The Import Logistics Park is a strategic complement to the Ridley Island Export Logistics Platform and will be fully integrated into DP World's Fairview Container Terminal. The fee simple lands are owned by South Kaien Land Holdings Ltd., a subsidiary of Metlakatla Development Corporation, and co-developed with the Prince Rupert Port Authority. TIMELINE: Parcel 4 is under offer, and Parcel 2 is currently undergoing an Expression of Interest (EOI) Process The lands have been cleared and some preliminary earthworks have begun. Project schedules have yet to be confirmed. Further updates may be available in fall, 2024. *Related project "Ridley Island Export Logistics Platform Expansion" is followed under a separate report.
