The City of Prince Rupert is seeking proposals from qualified proponents in response to this request for proposals for the Progressive Design-Build of a marine barge landing, water main replacement, access road, and bridge replacement at the outlet of Shawatlan Lake. General Scope of Design-Builder's Responsibility The City is seeking a Design-Builder to execute a Progressive Design-Build scope of work. The scope of work will include: (i) Preliminary Design (ii) Pre-construction Services (iii) Approvals Submission and Coordination (iv) Detailed Design (v) Construction Documents (vi) Project Cost Estimating (vii) Construction (viii) Construction Administration (ix) Project Closeout all to be provided with consideration being given to a focus on value to the City and Project budget. Additional requirements and details on the scope of services are provided in Part E - Detailed Description of Scope of Services.
