The Dublin San Ramon Services District is soliciting proposals for the Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility Administration Building Improvements Project (CIP No. 16-P031) to repair the roof of the Administration Building, located at 7399 Johnson Drive, Pleasanton, CA 94588. The project will include: 1. Removal and disposal of the existing gravel roofing system. 2. Installation of elastomeric coating, including preparation of roof surface prior to application of coating. All bids are to be sent via email to halliday@dsrsd.com by 3 p.m. on day, September 27, 2019. At a minimum, the bid proposal shall include a preliminary project schedule, indicating an estimated date for the commencement of work and an estimated date for completion of work. The work must be completed by June 1, 2020. An aerial photo of the building can be found under the Docs/Specs tab of this posting. Please note that this is a two story building, with the area of work is indicated in red. The building is located within a gated Wastewater Treatment Facility. Access to the facility is only permitted if accompanied by a District staff member. Bidders on this work shall possess, at the time of the award of the contract, a valid Class C39 contractor's license issued by the California Contractor's State License Board. No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal or awarded a contract for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 at the time of bid, as this is a prevailing wage job.
