Renovation of a civil project in Fish Creek, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
In General, the Work Consists of Demolishing the Existing Recreational Vechicle (Rv) Sanitary Dump Station and Constructing a New 4-lane Rv Dump Station at a New Location. Demolition of Existing Rv Dump Station: the Gpc Will Remove Pavement, Abandon in-place the Existing Sanitary and Water Piping and Structures, and Restore the Surface to Turf Conditions. The Mep Contractor Will Disconnect the Existing Power Supply From the Existing Facilities, and Extend New Power Supply Conduit, Cable and Equipment for the Neighboring Wood Sales Yard Register. Construction of New Rv Dump Station: the Gpc Will Perform Clearing and Grubbing, Tree Removal, Earthwork and Erosion Control, Asphalt and Concrete Paving, Sanitary and Water Service Extensions, a Storm Water Management Pond, and Turf Restoration. The Mep Contractor Will Extend New Power Supply Conduit, Cable and Equipment for the New Well House and for the New Lighting Fixtures on the New Dump / Fill Islands. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted
