Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Packery Channel Restoration Project consists of repairs to shoreline protection and related appurtenances at Packery Channel, a tidal channel connecting Corpus Christi Bay to the Gulf of Mexico that supports recreational boat traffic. Work includes: Demolition and removal of damaged articulating block mat revetment, concrete walkway, and bollard/cable barriers; Construction of riprap revetment; Placement of riprap as toe protection along the landside section of two jetties; Re-setting displaced riprap and armorstone blocks along two jetties; Construction of new concrete walkway; Construction of a drainage swale lined with concrete block mats; Improvements to five existing storms drains; Construction of five new storm drains; Replacement of a section of aluminum handrail along one jetty as per the attached plans and specifications. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will partially fund this project, therefore, this contract is subject to all relative federal requirements All inquiries or requests regarding this RFB must be submitted in writing Electronically only using the electronic question submission feature specific to this RFB. Such inquiries or requests must be submitted by the due date and time for clarifications provided in this RFB. Any attempt to question City employees regarding this RFB outside may result in the City disqualifying that Bidder. Only written responses in will be binding regarding inquiries requesting clarification or additional information. Written responses will be released in the form of an Addendum. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of all Addenda. The deadline to ask questions is 8/25/2021 5:00 PM CST the amount of 5 percent (5%) of the greatest amount bid. Failure to provide the required Performance and Payment Bonds will result in forfeiture of the Bid Security to the City as liquidated damages. The Work is required to be substantially completed within 270 days. substantially completed within 270 390 days
