Site work for a water / sewer project in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of October 19, 2020, the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award by October 20, 2020. The construction start date and completion date are not yet determined at this time. This project generally consists of dock and rail repairs at PCCA's Bulk Dock 1 including demolition and disposal of a 3-pile breasting structure, temporary removal and replacement of an existing rail track, demolition and removal of existing damaged concrete, furnish and installation of new precast, prestressed concrete beam, planks, deck, and diaphragm at the West Trestle. Clarification Deadline: 9/25/2020 5:00 PM This is a lump sum contract. Bidder must submit a bid bond or cashier's check for not less than 5% of the maximum amount of the Bid (Base Bid plus all possible combinations of Additive and Alternate Bid Items). Performance and Payment Bonds are required when the successful bidder executes this contract, each for 100% of the total contract price. If awarded the contract, the undersigned bidder hereby agrees to commence work under this contract within ten (10) calendar days of the date of the written Notice to Proceed and to complete the project within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days of the date of said Notice
