Site work and paving for a civil project in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The project scope of improvements includes the mill, seal and inlay of Ocean Drive from Robert Drive to Ennis Joslin Road (net length is approximately equal to 2.14 miles). General requirements to complete this work include traffic control, site specific traffic control at signalized intersections and work zone pavement markings. In addition to surface improvements, the project includes 2" flexible pavement repair, minor utility adjustments (e.g. water manhole ring and covers, water valve covers, gas valve covers) and pavement markings. No improvements to City wastewater and gas infrastructure are anticipated as necessary with this project. All in accordance with the project specifications and plans. Notes: Submit all questions electronically only. Responses will be posted electronically by the Owner for the benefit of all Bidders. Questions will be addressed until the cut-off time designated in the bidding documents. It is the responsibility of the Contractor bidding the project to ensure the accuracy of the reproduction of all Bid Documents and Construction Drawings. This includes, but is not limited to, proper scaling, paper width and length, etc. Failure to do so may result in errors in the Unit Bid Quantities and or Bids Amounts. Sealed Bids may be submitted either (i) electronically or (ii) Paper copy. Bidders are advised to refer to Request for Bids Section 5 of the bidding documents for a list of required bid submittals. Failure to submit or upload all required documents may result in an irregular or non-responsive bid submittal.
